This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Singapore or any of its territories or possessions. 8. Monitoring & Enforcement; Termination

We have the right to:

Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.

9. Ordering Method

You may order products from the Company by utilizing the website. The Company accepts payment in the form of credit card (accepted credit cards are listed on the Website) PayPal, COD and Gift Cards. Any dispute arising out of the use of any payment method shall be solely between You and the company issuing such payment method.

The Company reserves the right to refuse an order if:

An incorrect ordering method is utilized.
Payment information is inaccurate, invalid or otherwise indicates that payment will not be honored.
The order will interfere or otherwise harm Company operations.
The product ordered is out of stock.
The order form or information provided during the ordering process is incomplete, inaccurate or invalid, including but not limited to an undeliverable shipping address.
The Company is unable to deliver the product due to forces beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terror, civil unrest, strikes, and other hostilities.
The Company, in its sole discretion, deems it in the best interest of the Company to do so.

Once You receive a receipt from the Company confirming an order (by e-mail or otherwise), the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

10. Ordering Method

The Company reserves the right to refuse an order if:

An incorrect ordering method is utilized.
Payment information is inaccurate, invalid or otherwise indicates that payment will not be honored.
The order will interfere or otherwise harm Company operations.
The product ordered is out of stock.
The order form or information provided during the ordering process is incomplete, inaccurate or invalid, including but not limited to an undeliverable shipping address.
The Company is unable to deliver the product due to forces beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terror, civil unrest, strikes, and other hostilities.
The Company, in its sole discretion, deems it in the best interest of the Company to do so.

Once You receive a receipt from the Company confirming an order (by e-mail or otherwise), the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

11. GST and Shipment

You are responsible for any GST or customs duties applicable to products ordered from the Company. Please check the applicable GST and customs duties prior to your order since these amounts will vary depending upon the location that the products are shipped to.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the You upon delivery of the products. Depending on product availability, shipment may be delayed from time to time. The Company is not liable for any losses which You incur due to such delay. In the event that a product is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, the Company will not be liable to You for any losses incurred other than the purchase price or a replacement product.

12. Returns and Exchanges

You may return an ordered product within 1 year of purchase date by contacting the Company at mail@egeboutique.com and following the return method specified by the Company. For such a return, You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the returned product is received by the Company, You will receive a refund of either the entire amount or a partial amount of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the product returned. The refund will be issued in the form of a Company check.

If You receive a defective product, You must follow the following requirements to be eligible for an exchange (unless otherwise specified by the Company):

contact the Company at mail@egeboutique.com within 8 days of receipt of the defective product,
follow the exchange method specified by the Company, and
return the defective product to the Company within 30 days.

If the defective product is no longer available or out of stock, the Company may issue a refund of the purchase price instead of providing a replacement product. In the event of such exchange of a defective product, the Company shall be responsible for the return shipping of the defective product and the shipping of the replacement product.

The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or limit the return or exchange of products for any reason, including but not limited to the repeated returning or exchanging of products by You.

13. Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement entered between You and the Company (constitute the sole and entire agreement between You and eGe Boutique Pte Ltd with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
