eGe Boutique offers money - back guarantee for 14 days from the order date.

​

In case your purchased product:

​

  • does not go well with your skin

  • does not bring a satisfactory effect

​

We established a system in order for you to return any product for the above reasons.

​

With this system, you can test out our Trial Set catering to a specific skin problem and/or products of interest with ease.

Return Rules 

​

1. Returns are accepted within 14  days from the date of purchase.

​

Limited to one (1) return per product.

*Refunds should be requested by the purchaser.


*Products without sale records, purchased through internet auctions or from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted.


*Each product can only be returned once. For multiple purchases of the same product, only returns of the latest purchase will be accepted (box packaging needed).


*Refunds will be processed after products have been received and checked.

2. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

3. The refund amount is calculated based on the price at the latest purchase and will be returned by the original payment method.

 

*Refund payments are in Singapore Dollars and will be returned by original payment method. Refund value will be distributed according & bank charges to the amount paid via eGe Boutique and your original payment method.

*Only Singapore bank accounts may be directly deposited for refunds.
