Subscription Conditions

At eGe Boutique, the Subscription Service is designed to bring ease, consistency, and mindful continuity to your wellness ritual.
By subscribing, you agree to the following terms written not as fine print, but as a mutual understanding rooted in clarity and respect.

1. Scope and Application

These Subscription Conditions are established between eGe Boutique Pte Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“the Purchaser”).


They govern the purchase and delivery of any eGe Boutique product (“the Products”) ordered through a recurring Subscription (“the Subscription”) on www.egeboutique.com.

Every Subscription placed constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions.


Confirmation of your order serves as a legally valid electronic signature — carrying the same weight as a handwritten one  affirming your consent and the obligation of payment.

The Subscription service is available exclusively to individual customers for personal use and does not extend to professional or commercial resellers.

2. Payment and Validation

At the time of subscription, the Purchaser may select from the available payment methods listed on our Website.
Payments are processed securely online, and each order will be confirmed via email upon successful authorization.

Please note:

  • Payment for each delivery is processed prior to dispatch.

  • Orders will not be validated if payment authorization fails or the credit card expires within seven (7) days of purchase.

  • eGe Boutique retains ownership of all Products until full payment is received.

For the proper execution of the Subscription, certain billing data may be retained in compliance with our Privacy Policy and data protection standards.

3. Billing and Invoicing

By subscribing, you consent to receive electronic invoices.
All invoices are accessible within your Customer Account and issued no later than the time of each shipment.

4. Delivery and Frequency

Your Subscription begins on the initial delivery date chosen at checkout.
Future deliveries will follow your selected frequency — monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly  unless modified by you within your account preferences.

You may postpone a scheduled delivery by up to one (1) month.
Deliveries are currently available within Singapore only.

5. Right of Withdrawal

We recognise that preferences evolve.
Accordingly, you may withdraw from your Subscription within 365 days of your purchase  without penalties, except for return shipping costs.

How to Withdraw

To initiate withdrawal, notify us by email at mail@egeboutique.com before the end of the 365-day period.
You then have 14 days from your notification date to return any Products received.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Complete, unused, and in original condition;

  • In original packaging with invoice copy enclosed.

If the return request or shipment exceeds the specified period, refunds cannot be issued.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, provided it remains valid.
Return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the Purchaser.

6. Responsibility and Limitation

eGe Boutique is committed to transparency and care.
However, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses arising from the use or purchase of Products;

  • Delays or non-performance due to force majeure (natural events, strikes, or civil unrest);

  • Internet-related issues including service interruptions or data loss.

7. Ownership and Data Protection

Ownership of Products transfers only upon full payment.
For recurring orders, certain billing information is securely stored in accordance with data protection laws and used exclusively for Subscription processing.

8. Subscription Renewal and Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically according to your chosen frequency until cancelled.
You may modify or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Customer Account or by contacting us at mail@egeboutique.com.

Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

9. Entire Agreement

These Subscription Conditions form part of the wider Terms & Conditions of eGe Boutique and represent the full understanding between both Parties.
Any future revisions will be communicated transparently on our Website.
