you may request a return within the stated period.

Return Guidelines

1. Eligibility and Period

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Limited to one return per product.

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at mail@egeboutique.com.

2. General Conditions

• Refunds can only be requested by the original purchaser.

• Products without valid purchase records, or bought through online auctions or unauthorised sellers, cannot be accepted.

• Each product is eligible for one return only. For multiple purchases of the same item, only the latest transaction (with intact packaging) will be considered.

• Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and verified.

3. Shipping and Refunds

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

• Refunds are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via the original payment method.

• For mixed-payment orders, refund value will be proportionately distributed (bank fees may apply).

• Only Singapore bank accounts are eligible for direct deposit refunds.
